The best time to visit would be April-December. Most of the rain falls December-March, but rainfall generally doesn't last long and won't ruin a trip. In summer, the mountains offer cool relief from hot coastal temperatures, but in winter, it can get very cold there.

Lebanon's electrical current is 220/50*110/50 (volts/Hz) and uses the plug adaptors listed below. Many North American appliances are designed to operate only within the 100-125 volt range.
